Shipping Policy

We are only offering Domestic Shipping at this time. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, please allow 2-3 business days processing time.

*Lash Trip LA is not responsible for any incorrect addresses inputted at time of checkout. If this does occur, contact us at lashtripla@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we will adjust accordingly.

   

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to sanitary purposes and the nature of this item, there are no refunds or exchanges.

  

Damaged Policy 

In the unlikely event that an order is received damaged, please email lashtripla@gmail.com images of the items with your order #.
You must email us within 48 hours of you receiving the item.
 
All items must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted. Damaged items are only eligible for same item exchange.
